A Bit About Me

In case you missed it my name is Marc, I live in South Wales (UK not Australia!) with my dog and my cat. I am 30 years old and I am a geek. I come mostly from a programming background, particularly web programming. My hobbies include Aikido and all things sci-fi, what a combination!

Why Ask Marc?

Over the years I have helped friends and family with various I.T problems and it became a bit of a joke amongst them that, whenever they needed help with their computer they should “just ask Marc”. Then one day one of my friends made the quip “confused about your PC? Just ask Marc dot co dot UK”. Well being the geek that I am I immediately looked up the domain and the rest as they say is history

Yeah but Why Ask Marc?

I have over 10 years experience in the IT field but in particular with Internet technologies and all things website related such as design, creation and marketing. As I said, I have a programming background which has given me a strong sense of efficiency; we programmers believe in being lazy!
